# Entry Pathways

There is no single route into broking at Redrock. Some people arrive as a career change with no lending background at all. Others already run an accounting practice, financial planning firm or real estate agency and are tired of referring finance work away for a token fee. A third group wants a branded franchise of their own, with a territory and a local presence.
