blueAPACHE — IT Operations Excellence as a Service: Managed Services

blueAPACHE's lead offer: full ownership of the IT environment covering service desk, infrastructure operations and end-user computing, with MSP and MSSP delivery integrated under one operating model.

Managed Services is blueAPACHE's lead offer and the mode most engagements are built around: full ownership of the IT environment, covering service desk, infrastructure operations and end-user computing.

The defining characteristic is that MSP and MSSP delivery are integrated under a single operating model. When a security event requires an operational change, the party that detected it also holds authority to act — no handover, no gap in control ownership, and one accountable party when a regulator or board asks who owns a given control.

Delivery is fixed-price and subscription-based rather than billed per incident, which aligns the provider's incentive to fewer problems rather than more billable hours. The service desk operates on a follow-the-sun, in-house model with frontline staff qualified to resolve most calls directly rather than routing everything to escalation.

What sits inside scope — which systems, which sites, which integrations — is defined per engagement rather than assumed, and is worth requesting in writing during evaluation. Response and resolution times are set out in the agreement schedules rather than published here.
