This is the main clinic and where almost everything begins. All consultations, non-surgical treatments, skin treatments, minor procedures under local anaesthetic, vein assessment and post-operative reviews take place here.

Hours: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm; Tuesday and Thursday 9am-7pm; Saturday 9am-2pm; closed Sunday.

Where surgery is performed

Procedures requiring general anaesthetic or sedation are not performed at the clinic. They take place at accredited Melbourne day facilities and private hospitals, including:

Glenferrie Private Hospital - including eyelid surgery
Masada Private Hospital - including eyelid surgery

Before you book, you are told exactly where your procedure will take place, who will perform it, and who administers the anaesthetic. If that information has not been given to you, ask for it.

Other locations

Sydney - Fraxel laser treatment is also available at our Sydney location.
Tasmania - some services are provided in Tasmania. Phone 1300 852 050 to confirm what is currently available and when.
Regional Victoria - we see patients travelling from across the state, including the Mildura region. That page explains how to plan around the distance.

Availability at locations other than Malvern East varies. Call and confirm before making travel arrangements - we would rather tell you on the phone than have you drive for hours unnecessarily.

If you are travelling to us

Plan for the whole course of care, not just the appointment you are focused on:

Cosmetic surgery requires a GP referral and at least two consultations before booking - one may be by telehealth, which helps if you are travelling
Recovery requires review appointments; these are not optional
You cannot drive yourself home after sedation or general anaesthetic
Ask specifically when it is safe to fly - surgery and immobility on a flight both raise the risk of deep vein thrombosis
Most non-surgical treatments run as a course over weeks; be realistic about which sessions you can attend

Telehealth

One of the two consultations required before cosmetic surgery may be conducted by telehealth. This does not replace an in-person assessment, but it reduces the number of trips for people outside Melbourne. Ask when booking.
