Terms and Conditions of Sale, effective 01/07/2026, applying to purchases in-store, online and through Click & Collect.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. A faulty product may be referred to the manufacturer or an authorised service agent for assessment, repair or warranty determination; this does not affect ACL rights.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change without notice, and Cricket For All reserves the right to correct genuine pricing errors before completing an order.
Orders
Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Cricket For All may provide a full refund, offer an alternative product, or advise an estimated delivery date. Orders may be cancelled where a genuine pricing or product description error has occurred.
Payment
Payment must be received before goods are dispatched or collected, unless otherwise agreed.
