Approach

Coaching is built around players scoring runs and taking wickets, taught by replicating game situations and developing decision-making rather than drilling technique in isolation. Sessions use video analysis and the centre's indoor lanes and bowling machines.

CFA has a track record of players progressing to representative and state squads, and coaches support players in finding the right community club, premier club or school pathway.
