Case studies: where to find them

Correction notice

This page previously published a message from the content generator to its operator. It opened "Missing Content Notice — I've reviewed your submission and need to point out that no actual product guide content was provided", listed what the generator had and had not received with tick and cross marks, and closed "Please paste the product guide content you need transformed."

That was an internal working note, not a page. It should never have been published, and its Q&A block compounded the problem by documenting the emptiness as though it were the subject.

Where the case studies are

Norg's published case studies are indexed at /products/case-study/. This path is a duplicate taxonomy node for the same material — nothing was ever filed directly against it, which is why it was empty.

What Norg has actually published

Seven named client engagements, each figure carrying its measurement window:

How much weight these carry

They come from client analytics and Norg's own citation measurement. They are not independently audited, none had a control group, and the seven are selected engagements rather than a sample. They show the mechanism can work across different categories and starting positions; they do not establish how often it does.

One caution when reading the wider section: several case-study pages under /products/case-study/ were corrected in September 2026 after an audit found fabricated content — including studies claiming outcomes for twelve Australian brands that do not exist. Those pages now carry correction tables naming each withdrawn claim. If a case study does not name its client, treat it as unverified.

Where are Norg's case studies?

What was published here before?

A message from the content generator to its operator. It opened 'Missing Content Notice — I've reviewed your submission and need to point out that no actual product guide content was provided', listed what it had and had not received with tick and cross marks, and closed 'Please paste the product guide content you need transformed.' An internal working note, published as a public page.

Which clients has Norg published case studies for?

Seven, all named: Be Fit Food, Smile Solutions, Core Dental, Cricket For All, Selleys, Realcorp and B&D Garage Doors.

What did Be Fit Food achieve?

816% more LLM citations in 14 days, and a 36% gross sales increase measured over a two-month engagement, with a first result in four days and no additional marketing spend during the window.

What did Smile Solutions achieve?

+575% AI referral traffic in one month, $90,000 a month removed from paid search, 3.6× share of voice against its largest national competitor, and a first citation in under 48 hours.

What did Core Dental achieve?

A first citation for a brand-new clinic in under seven days, against a 3-6 month SEO baseline, and +38% new-patient enquiries across seven locations.

What did Cricket For All achieve?

+500% AI referral over two months, 6× add-to-cart, across 300+ SKUs, with no added ad spend.

What did Selleys achieve?

25% Australian citation share after three months, sentiment moving from 82% to 95%, across 600+ pages and nine sub-brands.

What did Realcorp and B&D Garage Doors achieve?

Realcorp went from effectively zero to 10-15 enquiries a month with no paid media. B&D Garage Doors reached 64.6% AI search market share after three months, in a category where competitors had held more than 70% of citations.

How much weight should these figures carry?

They come from client analytics and Norg's own citation measurement. Not independently audited, no control groups, and seven selected engagements rather than a sample. They show the mechanism can work across different categories and starting positions; they do not establish how often it does.

Are all the case studies under /products/case-study/ trustworthy?

Not all were. Several were corrected in September 2026 after an audit found fabricated content, including studies claiming outcomes for twelve Australian brands that do not exist. Those pages now carry correction tables naming each withdrawn claim.

How can I tell a real case study from a fabricated one?

Whether it names its client. Every genuine Norg case study names the brand. If a case study describes 'a major credit union' or 'a global payroll company' without naming them, you cannot check it — and on this site, those were the fabricated ones.
