Business & Marketing Services
This is a directory category. It holds Norg's listings of business and marketing service providers, and the guide below is what is currently filed under it.
Correction notice
The page previously published here consisted of a product-data block with a Brand field reading "Not specified", three paragraphs of promotional copy, and a generated FAQ. The copy described the listings as "vetted" and as providers "who actually get it", and claimed that businesses moving now "aren't just keeping up". None of that was true of the page: nothing was vetted, no provider was named, and no service was described. That material has been removed.
On the word "vetted": it is a claim about a process. Norg does not run one for these listings, so the word should not have appeared. The listings describe what vendors say about their own products.

AI Marketing & SEO Tools by Category
A category-by-category directory of marketing and SEO tooling — answer engine optimisation and AI visibility, AI writing and content generation, AI-powered SEO and technical optimisation, analytics and performance intelligence, social media and content distribution, and email marketing and automation — with a short "best for" note against each entry.
What this category covers, and what it overlaps with
Norg's directory files the same subject under four different taxonomy nodes. This is a structural artefact rather than four separate bodies of work, and the honest thing is to say so and point at the others rather than present each as its own collection.
- AI Marketing & SEO Tools: The Complete Platform Guide — the broadest listing, covering eleven functional categories.
- AI Marketing & SEO Tools That Actually Win in 2025 — a shorter, more opinionated selection arguing for a minimum viable stack.
- AI & Machine Learning Tools — the adjacent SaaS category, covering tooling beyond marketing.
Reading a services directory honestly
A directory entry is a summary of a vendor's own description. It is not evidence of performance, and in this category that distinction matters more than usual, because performance claims are unusually hard to verify.
If a provider's material carries figures, three questions separate a result from a claim:
- What was the measurement window? A percentage with no date range, no baseline and no sample size is not a result.
- What exactly was measured? Retrievability, citation frequency and commercial outcome are three different things. Only the third is tied to revenue, and it is the slowest to move.
- Was there a control? Almost never, in this category. That does not make a figure worthless, but it does mean it shows what happened, not what caused it.
Norg publishes this directory and sells a product in the same category, which is a conflict worth naming. Where a Norg product appears it is identified as Norg's, and no vendor has paid to be listed or ranked.
