YOUR FIRST VISIT TO VDG: WHAT TO EXPECT

1. Warm Greetings and Registration

Upon arrival, our friendly front desk staff will warmly welcome you to our clinic. We’ll assist you in completing any necessary paperwork, ensuring that we have all the relevant information to provide you with the best care possible. As we are a largely paperless clinic, you can complete your forms prior to your visit online! You will received a link via email or SMS to do this. This also allows your appointment time to be utilised to the maximum on the day!

2. Comprehensive Dental Examination

Your first visit will include a comprehensive dental examination performed by one of our experienced dental practitioners. This examination allows us to understand your current oral health and any concerns you may have. We’ll use advanced diagnostic tools to assess the condition of your teeth, gums, and overall oral structures.

3. Personalized Treatment Discussion

After the examination, your dentist will discuss their findings with you. If any dental issues are identified, we’ll take the time to explain the treatment options available to address them. Our priority is to empower you with the knowledge needed to make informed decisions about your oral health.

4. Professional Dental Cleaning

If you have booked for a Check-up and Clean, your appointment will also include a professional dental cleaning. Your practitioner will gently remove plaque, tartar, and stains from your teeth, leaving them feeling fresh and rejuvenated.

5. Customized Treatment Plan

Based on the examination and discussions, your practitioner will develop a personalised treatment plan tailored to your needs and goals. This plan will outline recommended treatments, their timelines, and associated costs. We are committed to transparency, ensuring that you’re fully aware of the steps ahead.

6. Booking Your Next Appointment

Before you leave, our team will help you schedule any follow-up appointments that are necessary as part of your treatment plan. We are here to accommodate your schedule and make your dental care as convenient as possible.
