Offer valid for appointments that are booked after 01/01/2026 and attended before 31/12/2026
This offer include an examination (011 or 012), digital imaging of your mouth (072), scale and clean (114) and fluoride application(121) unless one or more of these items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the Practitioner.
X-rays are not included.
Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
Offer is valid if your first visit to the clinic is after 01/01/2026
Offer may only be redeemed once per person.
All major health funds are accepted, services are claimable on-site via presentation of a valid private health insurance card with the appropriate coverage of the services being provided.
