PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE

VICTORIAN DENTAL GROUP utilises HI-CAPS facilities on-site. This means that with presentation of your private health insurance card, you will only need to pay the gap payment at your appointment.

The gap payment is the difference between the amount of your treatment fee and the amount that your private health insurance with pay towards the treatment.

QUOTING COVER: We are able to carry out a quote of what your health insurance will rebate for a specific treatment. The process is quick and only requires your private health insurance card to process.

DON’T HAVE YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE CARD? No Problem. We will give you a copy of your statement once your account is paid in full on the day. You can then contact your health insurance provider to make a claim after your visit.
