EDWARD (EDDIE) BUTLER-BROMAGE

CLINIC DIRECTOR & SENIOR ORAL HEALTH THERAPIST [ADVANCED SCOPE] (BOH, GCertAdvClinIPrac – UniMelb)

Born and raised in Malvern East, Edward’s passion for supporting the health of his local community manifested in the establishment of Victorian Dental Group. Graduating from the University of Melbourne in 2008 with a Bachelor of Oral Health Degree, and subsequently obtaining his Advanced Scope of Clinical Practice, Edward has since worked across the private, public and the dental education sector.

As a Board Registered Dental Practitioner, Edward carries a strong knowledge, interest and experience in preventative dentistry with key interest in Dental Examinations, Dental Hygiene, Paediatric Dentistry, Gum Care and Periodontics and restorative dentistry, with interests in Teeth Whitening, Fillings & Tooth Restoration, and Fissure Sealants.

Edward believes in a modern approach to dentistry that is evidence-based, client-centred, and accessible. His genuine passion and motivation for dentistry provides an inspirational and supportive environment at Victorian Dental Group, which forms the core ethos and values of the clinic. 

In additional to his clinical work, Edward is a University of Melbourne Dental School Clinical Mentor to post-graduate Dental students who are advancing their practice, and a Lecturer & Clinical Demonstrator for the Charles Sturt University Dental School.

DR MICHAL SEGMAN

DENTIST (BBiomed. DDS.)

Melbourne born & bred, Dr Michal Segman first completed her Bachelor of Biomedicine in 2011 at the University of Melbourne, majoring in physiology. She then pursued further education completing her Doctor of Dental Surgery in 2016. 

Michal went on to work in private practice gaining experience and establishing her own treatment philosophy – treating patients exactly how she herself would expect to be treated, with patience, genuine care and quality work. Michal takes the time to get to know her patients, educating them about oral health and empowering them to prevent future disease. Michal gains much satisfaction in building relationships and helping anxious patients overcome their fears.

Michal is passionate about Dental Examinations, Dental Hygiene, Fillings & Tooth Restoration, with a particular interest in minor oral surgery and paediatric dentistry. Michal often attends hospital placements where she learns from Melbourne’s leading oral surgeons.

As an active member of the Australian Dental Association & Alpha Omega Australia, Michal continually updates her dental knowledge and clinical skills, striving to provide her patients with the best and most up-to-date treatment

DR JOSHUA FELMAN

DENTIST (BDSc (Hons)

Following graduation with honours from the University of Melbourne, Dr Joshua Felman worked locally across various practices in Melbourne. Now, with over a decade of industry experience, he joins the VDG team eager to continue providing patients with personalised, quality dental care.

Joshua’s continued attendance at dental courses, seminars and his memberships with the Australian Dental Association, Alpha Omega and International Team for Implantology is a testament to his commitment to the ever-evolving dental profession. 

He is passionate about all areas of dentistry, but particularly enjoys the challenge of cosmetic dentistry. His gentle, compassionate and friendly approach allows patients to relax and feel at ease.

Complementing his passion for dentistry is a love for his family and sport. Joshua enjoys teaching his kids the art of surfing, bushwalking and appreciation for the great outdoors. He is an avid follower of AFL, EPL soccer and tennis.  Recently he has also taken a keen interest in family and portrait photography.

CORIN YOU

Oral Health Therapist

Corin holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Oral Health and has been passionately practising as an Oral Health Therapist since 2022. He provides a range of dental hygiene treatments for patients of all ages, as well as examinations and restorative care for children and adolescents. Corin works in close collaboration with dentists and senior oral health therapists to address individual oral health needs, with a strong focus on gum health to ensure robust teeth and radiant smiles. In addition, Corin offers both in-office and take-home whitening treatments, helping patients achieve a smile that truly shines.

With a warm and gentle approach, Corin is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. His journey began in nursing, where he spent eight years working in community healthcare. This experience solidified his commitment to patient-centred care and deepened his belief in building lasting relationships with his patients to create a positive and comfortable dental experience.

Outside of his professional role, Corin enjoys staying active at the gym, hiking, cooking, and exploring new places.

Dr Samuel Adebajo

Dentist (BDSc, Hons)

Dr Samuel graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science (Hons) at the University of Queensland in 2017 and has been enjoying working as a dentist in Melbourne ever since. Samuel prides himself on being a patient and gentle dentist, and for providing and maintaining a very high standard of care for all his patients. He is often credited for helping patients with dental anxiety feel safe in the dental chair, even after many years of fearing going to the dentist.

He always strives to be comprehensive in his approach to dentistry and has a keen interest in restorative dentistry, treatment of gum disease, dental crown, and dental bridge treatments. His meticulous eye for detail helps him achieve high quality results in his dental work. When he’s not helping make people smile in dentistry, Dr Samuel enjoys going to the gym, making music, reading books and writing stories.
