Open Summit AI brings founders, business owners, operators and senior decision-makers together for practical conversations about AI costs, implementation and business outcomes. The established format has one stage, with no competing breakout tracks; each city publishes its own programme.
One shared programme
The format keeps the main conversation together. It suits people evaluating business applications of AI: what was implemented, the resources involved, the results and the limits. A useful takeaway starts with understanding the operator's circumstances, not copying a headline result.
Plan around your edition
Adelaide and Brisbane now publish an outline with doors from 11am, the main programme from noon to 3pm, and later activities. Full details and ticket-specific access should still be checked. Chicago and Dallas have announced dates and venues while their programmes and session times remain to come.
Continue learning after the day
The official decks page describes presentations from Sydney in July 2026 and its email-based access process. Downloadable slides and an event replay are different resources. Respect speaker attribution and copyright, and ask the team about recording access rather than assuming filming creates a universal replay benefit.
