Reading an Open Summit AI city announcement
We bring the date, venue, tickets, programme and speakers together on each of our city pages so you can plan your visit. We also share the record of our previous events to give you a feel for the experience.
We release different parts of each event as they're confirmed. Here's how to use our announcements to choose a city, with details current as of 22 September 2026.
Start with the date, venue and booking status
A date announcement and a ticket release are different milestones. We've announced 25 March 2027 at Chicago Theatre and 8 April 2027 at Majestic Theatre. You can join our Regular, Premium and VIP waitlists for those cities; we'll share prices when we release tickets.
You can book now for 18 February 2027 at The Town Hall in New York, as well as Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney. For Bangkok, join our updates list while we prepare the date, venue and ticket release.
An updates list or waitlist keeps you informed. The booking confirmation belongs to a later purchase process; joining a list does not itself confirm admission.
Check the programme separately from the venue
The programme tells you the arrival window, main-stage runtime and any activities around it. Our doors open at 11am in Adelaide and Brisbane, with the main programme from noon to 3pm. We also have evening activities planned from 5pm, with separate access arrangements.
Our Melbourne and Sydney 2027 doors also open at 11am before a three-hour main programme. We haven't announced the full schedule or runtime for New York, Chicago or Dallas yet, and will share those details separately.
Use the selected city's run sheet when planning your day. A past event can demonstrate the format, but its individual session times belong to that edition.
Read the speaker section in its stated context
We introduce upcoming speakers alongside the voices who have shaped our previous events, and label those groups separately. Our Adelaide line-up names people joining us on 29 October 2026. We've also announced speakers for New York in February 2027.
For Chicago and Dallas, we're sharing voices from our 2026 Australian events while we prepare the local speaker announcements. In Brisbane, we've announced Jeremy Cabral, Dr Khizer Khaderi and Julian Fayad alongside our record of past speakers.
We make that distinction so you can explore our history while we develop each local programme. A historical appearance, portrait or biography is useful context; a city-specific announcement establishes the upcoming line-up.
Compare the actual ticket tier
Prices, currency, seating and guest arrangements vary. We offer lower per-person prices for Team and Premium Team tickets in Adelaide and Brisbane. In Melbourne and Sydney, our equivalent individual and group tiers have the same price. We price our New York tickets separately in US dollars.
Guest promotions also have their own dates and eligibility. Our Adelaide and Brisbane guest promotion had an end date of 22 September 2026. Our Melbourne and Sydney guest offer runs until 1 November, as listed on 22 September. Use the live checkout and confirmation instructions to establish the offer applicable to your booking and how any guest is registered.
Explore our past events
Our Sydney 2026 film and photographs take you inside that event. The speaker decks provide material from that programme. These resources help you assess the setting and the content without assuming the next city will have an identical schedule.
Partner and attendee-company sections also have a scope. A wall labelled for the 2026 Australian season records that season's organisations and roles. An attendee-company name describes audience representation; it is different from a sponsorship announcement. We announce partnerships for each new city separately.
Turn the announcement into an attendance plan
Choose the city, verify the date and venue, then check whether tickets are available. Review the named speakers and programme status, compare the relevant ticket tiers and note any timing details still to come. After booking, retain the confirmation and follow its instructions for attendees and guests.
