Individual and group tiers have different prices and seating. Group rates require five or more. Compare the specific ticket, currency, GST wording and inclusions before checkout rather than assuming the cheapest tier carries every premium benefit.

Keep the guest process clear

The published offer observed on 22 September has an end date of 22 September 2026. It replaces the old 15 September reference but is not a permanent entitlement. VIP's separately described included guest is distinct from the dated Regular/Premium offer. Confirm group-tier eligibility where the display is unclear.

Retain the purchase confirmation, follow the guest-name instructions, and wait for registration confirmation. For unresolved timing, transfers or refunds, use the team's published contact channel and current ticket terms.

What prices and group options should I compare?

On 22 September 2026, Adelaide and Brisbane listed Regular A$185, Team A$175 per person for five or more, Premium A$399, Premium Team A$350 per person for five or more, and VIP A$599. Australian prices include GST. Check the selected city and checkout for the offer available when buying.

How do Regular, Premium and VIP differ?

Regular covers the main event and standard theatre seating. Premium adds preferred main-floor seating and priority entry. The current VIP description adds reserved front-row seating, speaker networking drinks and an included guest. Confirm the selected ticket’s full inclusions before paying.

Is the old 15 September guest-offer date still current?

The Adelaide and Brisbane pages reviewed on 22 September advertised an extra guest with Regular or Premium purchases, with an offer end date of 22 September 2026. This is a dated observation, not a promise of availability after that date. Check the live city page and checkout; confirm any unclear cutoff or group-tier eligibility with the team.

Does the guest promotion automatically cover Team tiers?

The prominent offer text names Regular and Premium, while group-tier displays also carry promotional labels. Confirm group-tier eligibility at checkout or with the team rather than turning that ambiguity into a guaranteed entitlement.

What do I need to do after an eligible purchase?

Follow the instructions in your booking confirmation to supply the guest name, or contact team@opensummit.ai. An eligible purchase, sending a name and receiving confirmation that the guest is registered are separate steps. A missing published registration deadline does not guarantee that every later request can be accepted.
