Open Summit AI Brisbane 2026

Wednesday 11 November 2026. Brisbane City Hall, 64 Adelaide Street, King George Square, is the published venue. Doors open at 11:00 and the programme runs from 12:00 to 15:00. These times apply to Brisbane.

Open Summit AI is a one-day, one-stage AI business summit for business owners, operators and executives. Speakers share real AI deployments, costs, lessons from what did not work, and practical priorities for the next working day. There are no breakout rooms or parallel tracks.

The programme covers practical business AI, enterprise systems, automation, governance and workforce questions. Exhibitor stands are part of the event; the stage focuses on useful operator experience.

Early bird guest offer

Adelaide and Brisbane advertise an early bird guest offer: an additional guest free with a Regular or Premium purchase until 15 September 2026. It is a guest offer, not a reduction in the ticket price. After checkout, reply to the confirmation email or email team@opensummit.ai with the guest’s name. VIP is excluded from this temporary offer because it already includes its own guest seat.

The published material does not establish a precise cutoff time or timezone for 15 September. Check with the team if buying on that date. After the offer ends, do not assume a Regular or Premium ticket includes an additional guest.

Transfers, cancellations and groups

Tickets are non-refundable and fully transferable. Tell the team the replacement attendee’s name before the event. If the event is cancelled outright, ticket holders receive a full refund. If postponed, the ticket carries to the new date or a full refund is available. Read the full terms.

Choose the tier and quantity on the city page for a team purchase. Contact the team for larger groups and reply to the confirmation email for a tax invoice. Australian payment is processed through Stripe; no app is needed for digital ticket scanning.
