BE FIT FOOD MEALS ARE DESIGNED TO:

Support at Home is a government-funded program that allows older people to receive care services in their own home, so they can live independently for as long as possible. It can be used to receive all kinds of support, including ready made meals delivered to your door. That’s where Be Fit Food comes in.



Our main goal is to help all Australians Eat Themselves Better. We believe food is the first medicine and our food choices can aid in prevention and management of lifestyle diseases.



All our recipes are developed based on nutritional science and are Doctor and Dietitian designed. All Be Fit Food meals are snap-frozen to lock in nutrients and delivered to your door, they are designed to help control blood pressure, blood sugar levels and cholesterol levels. They are all designed to give you nutritional balance over the day with breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options available.



Be Fit Food is different from other meal providers because we also provide free dietitian support to all customers with personalised advise based on their specific dietary requirements and health conditions. Ou partners at Cookaborough will then contact your Care Provider to confirm details and to make sure we are registered with them to provide you with meals.



Once the application has been approved we will notify you via email or phone .

CHOOSE YOUR MEALS

You will be able to order meals  through our dedicated SaH portal and only be required to pay 30% of the cost upfront.



If you need assistance with ordering online and don't have a family member or friend to help, we can take orders over the phone.

Alongside our range of weight-loss meals and programs, we are the first NDIS Provider to have a range of meals that have been co-created with the CSIRO to work with the CSIRO Low Carb Diet.

Why should I try Be Fit Food?

Be Fit Food was created by a Doctor & Dietitian and the nutritionally-balanced meals are backed by science. Unlike other ready-made meal companies, we also offer complimentary support from our Dietitians so that you are getting the most out of your experience with Be Fit Food. You can book your free Dietitian consultation here.

Am I eligible through Support at Home?

You can see whether you are eligible for home delivered meals by speaking to your SaH Provider. Your provider can tell you if they are already registered with us . If you are unsure, you can call our customer service team who can be contacted on 1300 263 257.

Do you deliver to my area?

We currently deliver to Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania and Western Australia, but are always expanding. For the latest delivery information and dates for order cut offs, click here. 

Can I try Be Fit Food as a one-off?

Yes, of course!



We offer individual meals so that you can try Be Fit Food in a way that best suits you.

 

Do I get to choose my own meals?

The choice is all yours!



We provide a range of meals which cater to different dietary requirements and taste preferences including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan options.



If you have any special requirements, you are able to book a free Dietitian consultation to discuss which meals are best suited to your needs.

How do I place my order?

Once your Support at Home provider is registered with us, and your funding confirmed  you will be able to place your order online via our dedicated SaH portal  or if you require assistance we can take orders over the phone.

How much does it cost?

As a general guideline, the Support at home provider will cover 70% of the total cost and you are required to pay the remaining 30% of the price, upon ordering. 



Eligible SaH customers can order meals from around $2.50 each.
