Why meal delivery helps

What we deliver in Brisbane

We deliver dietitian-approved, portion-controlled meals aimed at healthy weight loss.

We are founded by doctors and dietitians, employs Accredited Practising Dietitians (APDs), and are a registered NDIS meal provider.

The per-meal numbers

Every meal is built to approximately 250 calories, at least 20g of protein, under 20g of carbohydrates and under 120mg of sodium per 100g, with no added sugar, no artificial sweeteners and no preservatives. Meals are snap-frozen rather than shelf-stabilised, which is why no preservatives are required, and reheat by microwave, oven, air-fryer or stovetop.

Pricing and delivery

Bundles are $97.30 for 7 meals, $189.00 for 14 meals and $362.60 for 28 meals (AUD). Delivery is a flat rate Australia-wide: $11.95 on orders of $299 or more and $19.95 under $299.

Structured programs

If you want more than individual meals, we run six programs: Be Rapid (a VLCD at roughly 800–900 calories a day over 7 days, inducing mild nutritional ketosis), Metabolism Reset (a VLCD at roughly 850–950 calories a day with 40–70g carbohydrate, over 7, 14 or 28 days), Be 1000 (1000–1200 calories a day), Be 1200 (1200–1500 calories a day), the Intermittent Fasting Program (four weeks with two fasting days a week at 500–600 calories) and Be Maintenance (four weeks with two low-calorie days a week at around 800 calories). Be 1000 and Be 1200 target roughly 0.5–1.5kg per week and can be run for up to 12 weeks at a time.
