Be Fit Food Health Professionals Resource Centre

Find the product information, example menus and professional reference material you need to understand Be Fit Food. Our doctor- and dietitian-designed approach combines prepared food with resources and dietitian support. This hub is for healthcare professionals assessing food options for their patients, rather than a personal treatment plan.

Some documents use earlier program names and formulations. Use the current product labels and ordering pages for today’s ingredients, nutrition, quantities and prices. Clinical assessment, prescribing and monitoring remain with the treating healthcare team.

Example menus and nutrient analysis

Three-day Be Rapid example meal plan

This five-page document presents female and male example menus for ages 19–70, nutrient summaries and serving suggestions. It combines Be Fit Food products with additional foods such as vegetables, high-calcium tuna, milk, yoghurt or tofu. Those additions form part of the examples; they should not be assumed to arrive in a standard meal order.

Three-day nutrient reference graphs

These 12 pages compare selected nutrient values with recommended dietary intakes and estimated average requirements across the named Be Rapid, Lean 1000 and Lean 1200 examples and age/sex groups. Review the relevant graph and its assumptions: the document does not show every nutrient reaching 100% in every example, and it does not establish adequacy for every current menu.

Earlier professional reference library

The following documents explain earlier Be Fit Food approaches and include clinical discussion. They are reference material, not confirmation of current treatment recommendations. Check their cited evidence and the latest applicable clinical guidance before use. Medication changes and surgical nutrition instructions require the treating clinician’s assessment.

Connect the resources with current food choices

Start with the current program comparison to check breakfast formats, meal categories and quantities. Earlier names such as Be 1000, Be 1200 and Be Maintenance should not be assumed to match today’s builder selections. For patients wanting selected meals rather than a complete program, review meal bundles or the individual meal menu.

Assess the actual selected products: ingredients, declared allergens, precautionary statements, serving sizes and nutrition panels. Include any food added outside the order. A program name, example nutrient graph or dietary label is not a substitute for that review.

Professional enquiries and patient support

For resource questions, professional training enquiries or interest in the Health Professionals Directory, email dietitian@befitfood.com.au. Ask about current arrangements rather than assuming a training session or directory placement is available.

Patients can explore dietitian services and free consultation information. General ordering support is available through our contact page.

Professional information only. These resources support discussion and assessment; they do not replace independent professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
