Gluten-free meals: choose your food and ordering format

Find prepared meals you enjoy, then choose how you want to order them. Be Fit Food offers individual gluten-free-labelled recipes, meal bundles and structured program options. You can start with a few lunches or dinners, compare a pre-selected box, or review a program with several food categories. The important details are the actual meals included and their current ingredient and allergen information.

Explore the gluten-free meal selection

Choose the format that fits your routine

Ordering formatWhat you chooseWhat to check
Individual mealsSpecific recipes and quantities. The exact product name, serving size, ingredients and allergen declaration.
Customisable meal bundleA meal quantity and your selection from the available menu.Every selected item and the final bundle total.
Pre-selected gluten-free boxA listed combination of meals. The full included menu, repeated quantities and any replacement arrangements.
Structured programA package with its own duration and food categories.Breakfasts and snacks as well as the main meals.

Compare the meal bundle options if you want prepared lunches or dinners around your existing routine. Use the current program guide if you want to compare more structured packages. A seven-meal box is seven meals, rather than every meal and snack for seven days.

Look at the actual recipes

The 7 Meal Gluten Free Pre-Selected Box currently lists one each of Italian Beef Meatballs, Indian Chicken Curry, Mexican Stovetop Penne, Cauliflower Fried Rice & Chicken, Beef Madras, Gluten Free Lasagne and Chunky Chicken, Ham & Sweet Corn Soup. This gives you several styles of meal, but it is a meat-containing selection.

Gluten Free Lasagne and Wholemeal Lasagne are different products. Use the full product name when checking a menu or discussing your order. For a vegan recipe labelled gluten-free, you can also review South American Chilli Bean & Vegetables; it declares soybeans and has its own may-contain statements.

Check the whole order, including snacks

A gluten-free label does not establish suitability for every other allergy. Review each product’s ingredients, allergen declaration and precautionary may-contain information. Check any proposed replacement rather than assuming it has the same recipe as the item originally selected.

There is a specific item to clarify in the 14-Day Gluten Free Reset Pre-Selected Box: its menu lists Spinach & Feta Egg Bites, while the individual egg-bites product carries a may-contain warning for wheat and gluten. Confirm the exact item and suitable selection with our team before ordering. The box’s granola and egg-bites entries also need pack-size confirmation.

Plan delivery and preparation

Check delivery coverage and the schedule, then confirm the options and charges for your address at checkout. Allow storage space for your chosen quantity and follow each pack’s preparation and storage directions.

Questions before you choose

Do I need a weight loss program to buy gluten-free meals?

No. You can choose individual dishes or a meal bundle without buying a structured program.

Are all meals in the range gluten-free?

Check the particular product. The range includes different recipes and dietary labels; use the current product information rather than applying one meal’s label to the whole menu.

Who can help with a recipe or program question?

Contact the team to clarify ingredients or an included item. For help discussing food choices and program suitability, book a free dietitian consultation.
