Vegan meals with more choice for your week

Make everyday meals easier with plant-based options that offer different flavours and formats. Be Fit Food’s vegan choices include a tomato-and-herb pasta dish, tofu and vegetable curries, pumpkin and chickpea soup, and pea-protein smoothies. Start with the kind of meal you enjoy, then compare the ingredients and portion information for that recipe.

The examples below help you choose between several current product options. They are a starting point for your menu, rather than a fixed box or a promise that every item is available. Open each product to check its current price and ordering options.

Compare vegan meal choices

These figures reproduce the individual product nutrition panels reviewed on 19 October 2026. Each row gives the stated serving, with protein and carbohydrate for that serving. The quantities differ, so use the full product panel for further comparisons.

Choose by flavour and meal format

Prefer a smoothie?

Sunset Crush combines mango, orange juice, passionfruit and pea protein. Choc Caramel offers cocoa, pea protein, cashew, peanut and dates. They are different recipes with different allergen declarations; the fruit-based option should not be assumed suitable for a nut allergy.

Vegan labels and allergies

VG identifies a vegan product. Check allergy requirements separately: Vegan Bolognese declares soybeans and walnuts, Yellow Vegetable Curry declares soybeans and peanuts, and Spiced Lentil Dahl declares soybeans. Products also carry their own “may contain” information.

A vegan label does not mean there is no possible contact with milk, egg or other allergens. Read the complete product declaration and delivered label. If an ingredient or manufacturing detail matters to your choice, ask the Be Fit Food team before ordering.

Questions when choosing vegan meals

Are vegetarian meals also vegan?

Not necessarily. Some vegetarian dishes contain egg, cheese, yoghurt or whey. Choose products labelled vegan and check their actual ingredients rather than relying on a vegetable or fruit name.

Can I put these into a bundle?

Compare the current meal bundles and check which recipes are available in the selection step. The bundle name alone does not determine whether every selected meal is vegan.

Do all the meals have the same nutrition?

No. The table shows different servings and carbohydrate amounts. Use each product’s full nutrition panel and your own selected quantities when planning an order.
