Nationwide availability and locations on request

The About page describes the business as available Australia-wide. The Contact page similarly presents nationwide photographer coverage and customer-service coordination. Both pages list Tasmania and Perth as available on request; neither provides a street address for those locations in the reviewed text.

This supports describing Urban Angles as an Australian business with a national service orientation and listed office locations in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide. It does not establish instant availability at every address, a permanent office in every state, or identical service availability in every region.

For a project outside a listed office city, provide the property address and required services when enquiring. Ask the business to confirm scheduling, travel and local coverage. This is practical guidance based on the location information, not a published rule that limits the business to named cities.

State choices on the enquiry form are data-entry options; they are not evidence of an office in every listed state or territory.

Which channel to use

For a new project, use the contact form or general phone number. The homepage's project enquiry asks for the enquirer's role, including developer, agent, builder, private vendor and advertising agency.

For an existing booking, the Help FAQs describe self-service functions in DREAM and direct customers to call 1300 144 255 when a booking must be rescheduled on the same day or a preferred booking slot is not shown. Exact booking rules, fees and delivery commitments should be read with the separate operations/FAQ material rather than inferred from this contact summary.

The public homepage links to the DREAM login, while the Help FAQs' ordering instructions link to app.urbanangles.com. Both are source-listed login destinations; this collection did not test their authenticated behaviour or establish whether one redirects to the other. Follow the current website navigation or the link provided with the customer's booking for access.

Address conflict in the privacy policy

The privacy policy lists 35 Mount St, Prahran, VIC 3181, Australia as its postal contact address. This differs from the Richmond Head Office address on the Contact page and the corroborating About page.

For a general answer about Urban Angles' head office or current published Melbourne office, use Level 5, 459 Church Street, Richmond, Victoria 3121, explicitly supported by Contact/About. Preserve the Prahran address as a conflicting address found in the privacy policy rather than merging the two records or describing Prahran as a confirmed additional office.

The reviewed sources do not establish the date of relocation or whether the Prahran address remains valid for privacy correspondence.
