Services built around how property is marketed
Property photography
Create a considered first impression with professional property photography for residential listings, commercial spaces, builders, architects and developments. Urban Angles offers day, dusk and elevated perspectives, with retouching and proofing options aligned to the booked product.
Property video
Build movement, emotion and context into the campaign. Video options range from social and showcase formats to prestige and custom productions, with scope available for agent presentation, voiceover, talent, drone footage and campaign-specific storytelling.
Drone and aerial imagery
Show more than the building. Elevated photography and footage can communicate location, land, scale, views and the relationship between a property and its surroundings. The right approach depends on the brief, weather, access and operating conditions.
Explore drone and aerial services
3D visualisation and architectural renders
Help buyers and stakeholders see a project before it is built. Urban Angles develops photorealistic visualisations from supplied design information, with scope spanning facades, interiors, streetscapes, land developments and other project imagery.
Floor plans, virtual services and retouching
Make layouts easier to understand and spaces easier to imagine. Services include property floor plans, Virtual Styling, Virtual Dusk, interactive walkthroughs, image retouching and studio hire. The website identifies Matterport for scanned 360 walkthroughs and also publishes a separate iGUIDE offering.

Project marketing and creative production
For developments and larger campaigns, Urban Angles' published product guide describes support for brand identity, project naming, taglines, marketing assets, sales suites, signage, project websites, landing pages and advertising. Scope and availability should be confirmed for each project.

Choose the campaign by what the property needs to communicate
There is no single formula for every property. A compact apartment may need a sharp image set and a plan. A prestige residence may need dusk photography, film, aerial context and social edits. An unbuilt development needs visualisation and plans before a camera can document the finished space. These pathways show how Urban Angles services can work together; they are planning examples rather than fixed bundles.
A clear residential listing
Begin with day photography and a branded floor plan. Photography earns attention and establishes the sequence of spaces; the plan helps buyers understand flow, room relationships and scale. Add Virtual Styling when key rooms are empty, Virtual Dusk when an exterior needs twilight atmosphere, or an interactive tour when remote exploration matters.
Plan a residential campaign · Explore photography
A lifestyle-led property campaign
When setting and emotion are central, combine property photography with film, neighbourhood imagery and elevated context. Video can communicate movement through the home. Lifestyle photography can connect it to nearby streets, coast, parkland, dining or community. Drone imagery can show the relationship between the site and its surroundings where conditions allow.
Explore video · Explore drone and aerial
A prestige property launch
A distinctive home may justify day and dusk photography, a prestige or custom film, aerial views, a detailed floor plan, an interactive tour and campaign-specific social outputs. The scope should reflect the story and audience so that every asset has a role.
Discuss a prestige production · Browse residential work
An off-the-plan development
Future buyers need to understand something they cannot yet inspect. Interior, exterior and amenity renders establish the product. Branded plans make layouts legible. Location photography and aerial context explain the neighbourhood. Film can bring the brand, project team, place and intended lifestyle into one narrative.

A display-home or builder program
Completed display homes can be documented through photography, film and tours; future designs can be presented through renders and plans. An ongoing program can apply agreed composition, colour and delivery standards across several homes, ranges or communities.

A commercial content library
Commercial photography can show scale, function, materials and detail. Video can communicate the project, business, people or culture. Portraits, workplace imagery and repeatable brand standards can turn one production into a library for websites, leasing, documentation and campaigns.

A closer look at every creative capability
Day and dusk photography
Day photography suits homes, apartments, townhouses, gardens and courtyards. The published product guide describes packages beginning at five delivered images, with treatment such as sky replacement, colour and exposure balancing, enhancement of existing grass, trees, pools and ocean tones, fireplace effects and removal of appliance stickers where included.
Dusk photography is captured around twilight and creates a different atmosphere. The guide describes dusk packages beginning at ten images, with enhanced twilight presentation and property-focused finishing. Image quantities, proofing, retouching and delivery depend on the booked product.

Social, Showcase, Prestige and Custom video
Urban Angles publishes four property-video variants for different levels of production.
- Social Property Trailer: a concise principal film and short horizontal and vertical edits, with the guide describing up to one hour on site and up to 15 shots.
- Showcase Property Video: a longer presentation with an available agent introduction or conclusion within the scheduled session and a short social edit.
- Prestige Property Video: a larger directed production with crew, lighting, music, colour work, a feature film and several social teasers described in the guide.
- Custom Property Video: a bespoke scope that can draw on talent, interviews, scripting, professional lighting, lifestyle footage, drone work, time-lapse and motion graphics.
Drone, voiceover, talent, revisions and other additions are included only when the agreed scope says so. Runtime, aspect ratio, resolution and formats should be confirmed for the channels that matter.
Compare video services · Plan a video shoot
Drone views and aerial context
The published guide distinguishes broader aerial perspectives from drone imagery focused on the property. Viewpoints can include horizon, orbital and overhead images, with markups available on request. Drone work can also be integrated into film and may be produced in day or dusk conditions when feasible.
The best use of elevated imagery is specific: show the land, reveal a view, locate a property relative to a coast or centre, explain a development site, or make an estate’s scale clear. Weather, airspace, access and operating conditions remain part of the brief.
See drone and aerial services · Ask about feasibility
Exterior, interior and amenity renders
Visualisation bridges the gap between technical design information and the way a buyer experiences a future place. Exterior imagery communicates facade, material, landscaping and streetscape. Interior imagery shows layout, fixtures, finishes, furniture and light. Amenity and masterplan imagery explains shared spaces, landscape and community context.
The product guide describes work from CAD files or 3D models, with photorealistic finishes, adjustable lighting, specified materials and styled presentation. Views, source inputs, concepts, revisions, landscape detail and output sizes belong in the project scope.
Explore 3D visualisation · View render projects
Plans that explain layout
Floor and site plans help a viewer move from attraction to understanding. Urban Angles describes colour and black-and-white options, portrait and landscape presentation, customer branding, a drafting workflow and land-box overlays available on images.
Plans are marketed as campaign assets. Any need for survey accuracy, construction documentation, valuation, certification or building approval should be raised separately.
Explore plans · Ask about photography plus plans
Virtual Styling and furniture replacement
Virtual Styling gives vacant rooms a more legible use and atmosphere. Urban Angles describes several design influences, realistic light and shadow treatment, furniture chosen to suit the property, and an available ability to replace existing furniture.
This is a digital change to the marketing image. It does not physically style the property for inspection. The source image, removal complexity, chosen look and revision scope should be agreed before production.
Virtual Dusk
Virtual Dusk creates a twilight-style exterior from a suitable daytime photograph. The treatment can include a new dusk sky, illuminated windows and exterior lighting, and adjusted daylight shadows. It can be purchased per image and is distinct from an on-location dusk shoot.
Explore Virtual Dusk · Ask which dusk option fits
Matterport and iGUIDE tours
Interactive tours help people explore remotely. Urban Angles names Matterport for Virtual 360 scans and describes available hotspots. It separately publishes an iGUIDE offer.
The iGUIDE page advertises a Standard tour free when photography and floor plans are booked together and the campaign is loaded to realestate.com.au, plus an agent-branded tour as a $25 one-off option. Confirm eligibility, branding, hosting and platform conditions.
Explore virtual services · View the iGUIDE offer
Retouching that respects the campaign
Urban Angles describes tonal and colour correction, reducing glare, improving detail through windows, removing appliance stickers, cleaning visible pool debris, correcting existing lawn and vegetation, and addressing selected reflections or cords.
More extensive reconstruction needs a clear brief. The FAQ warns that removing permanent features such as poles, signs, fences, trees or landscaping may misrepresent the property. Written acceptance of responsibility does not by itself make an edit appropriate for every use.
Project identity and campaign assets
For development work, the product guide describes brand identity, logo creation, naming, taglines, tone of voice, marketing assets, sales-suite graphics, signage, project websites, landing pages and advertising. These can sit alongside renders, plans, photography and film so the launch feels connected.
Creative services are price on application. Availability, responsibilities, deliverables and milestones are established through a project brief.

Prepare the property and brief
Good preparation protects production time and keeps attention on the property.
Inside the property
- Clear floors, tables, benches and visible storage
- Make beds and simplify bedside surfaces
- Remove personal bathroom products and use clean towels
- Reduce small appliances and paperwork in the kitchen
- Hide cords, pet items and temporary objects
- Check lamps and fixed lights
- Open curtains and blinds as appropriate
- Make every agreed room and doorway accessible
Outside the property
- Tidy lawns, gardens and outdoor furniture
- Move vehicles from the frontage and driveway
- Hide bins, hoses, toys and loose equipment
- Prepare pools and remove cleaners or visible debris
- Check garden, pool and external lighting for dusk
For a render or development campaign
- Supply agreed plans, CAD files or models
- Confirm camera views and priority spaces
- Provide current material, fixture, colour and landscape schedules
- Share brand identity, logos and campaign references
- Identify stakeholders and the person authorised to approve changes
- Set milestones around launch, sales material and media bookings
Preparation does not imply that a photographer will clean, garden, move heavy objects, repair a property or make an unsafe change.

A practical workflow from brief to delivery
1. Build the order in DREAM
DREAM is Urban Angles' Digital Real Estate Asset Manager. It supports ordering, scheduling, team access, favourites, proof selection, amendment markups, delivery and order tracking in one place.
2. Confirm the brief, access and appointment
Select the property, service mix and preferred booking details. Include access instructions, the intended campaign use and any shots or features that must be captured. Photography and floor-plan appointments can usually happen together; the published FAQ says video requires a separate booking so the production teams do not interfere with one another.
3. Produce, review and refine
The team captures or creates the booked assets. Proof-enabled photography lets the customer select images before post-production. DREAM amendment pins provide a clear, visual way to request changes, while video feedback may be handled through Vimeo.
4. Receive and save the campaign assets
Completed files are delivered through the workflow attached to the order. Urban Angles' published guidance says final assets are held for about 90 days, so customers should download and retain their own copies rather than treating the portal as permanent archive storage.

Published delivery guidance
Timing depends on the product, appointment, proofing and approvals. The website currently publishes the following operating guidance:
- Standard photography: final images by close of business on the following business day after the shoot when proofing is not required.
- Proofed photography: final images by close of business on the following business day after selections are submitted; selections received after 5 pm move the timing to the next business day.
- Floor plans: files by close of business on the following business day after measuring.
- Social and Showcase video: first draft by close of business two business days after the shoot.
- Prestige and Custom video: first draft by close of business three business days after the shoot.
- Virtual Styling and Virtual Dusk: an additional 24-hour timeframe after the initial retouching stage.
Express photography or floor-plan delivery before midday on the next business day may be available for an additional charge when requested at order time and sufficiently ahead of the booking. Video is excluded from the website's Express guidance. Confirm the live schedule for the exact booking; published estimates are not unconditional guarantees.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order several services for the same property?
Yes. Urban Angles presents photography, floor plans, video, aerial and virtual products as a connected service suite, and DREAM supports combined ordering. The appointments are still planned around production requirements; the published FAQ says video is booked separately from photography and floor plans.
How quickly will photography be delivered?
The FAQ describes final delivery by close of business on the following business day for standard photography after the shoot. Proofing changes the trigger to the time selections are submitted, and submissions after 5 pm add another business day. Confirm the current timing on the order.
What happens if the weather is unsuitable?
Urban Angles' general guidance says video and drone work would usually be moved in adverse weather, while photography and floor-plan work would usually proceed. The website says weather-related rescheduling does not attract the cancellation fee. Safety, access and the particular creative brief still determine the final decision.
What is the difference between dusk photography and Virtual Dusk?
Dusk photography is captured around twilight. Virtual Dusk begins with an existing exterior photograph and creates a twilight appearance through post-production, including sky, lighting and shading changes.
Can vacant rooms be furnished digitally?
Yes. Virtual Styling adds digital furniture and styling elements to vacant interior images. The website advises an additional 24-hour timeframe after initial retouching.
Can permanent property features be removed from an image?
Urban Angles warns that removing permanent exterior features may misrepresent the property. Its FAQ requires written acceptance of responsibility before it will consider specified removals. That process does not establish that an edit is legally permissible, so the intended use should be reviewed carefully.
Who owns the delivered images?
The published client terms state that Urban Angles retains copyright and image-file ownership unless a signed agreement says otherwise. The customer receives a licence for the permitted media, territory and duration. Reuse or transfer by a third party may require written permission.
How do I request amendments?
Use DREAM markup pins for photography and related asset changes so requests are attached to the relevant file. Urban Angles' workflow guidance directs video comments through Vimeo. Extra or out-of-scope amendments may attract a fee.
How long are completed files kept?
The Urban Angles Way says assets are retained for about 90 days and then removed. Download and store the final campaign files after delivery, and confirm any special archive requirement directly.
How do I speak to the team?
Call 1300 144 255 or email studio@urbanangles.com. The FAQ lists customer support Monday to Friday, 8:30 am–5:30 pm, without specifying a timezone or public-holiday schedule.
Build the right visual campaign for your next property
