The two guys from Fragile turned up early, worked very hard throughout the entire day, no complaining was made - and we had a lot of very heavy boxes to carry up stairs, and they were both very professional from start to end of the day. They also managed the space in the van extremely well to minimise the number of trips required, and handled all fragile boxes with care - there were no breakages. The return call and follow up to my initial enquiry for a quote was very quick, and the quote was made in a very clear and professional manner. 5 stars Fragile Removals and Storage. For somebody who has moved a number of times and used different companies I was really happy with the service provided. Very easy booking and lead up to the uplift of our belongings for the trip from Melbourne to Perth. Special thanks to the crack moving crew of Sean, Peter and Robert who were very polite and efficient with the actual uplift with some light hearted banter added in which took the edge off the stress around the move. What really struck me was the care that went in to wrapping individual items in protective covering and loading. We are still to receive our belongings on the other side however I've got no doubt all will be well. I recommend this company.

I booked an interstate move with the guys at Fragile removals. Booking the move was easy, plenty of follow up calls from Peter to confirm. The uplift guys (Shaun, Danny and Matt) were great! Had a good chat and laugh, very careful with wrapping the goods and packing into the truck.

I explored a few different options for an interstate removal (Melbourne-Perth) until somebody recommended Fragile Removals. Upon I uploaded my information I got an accurate (cubic metres) and affordable quote (almost half of the price compared to other providers). Peter managed my booking through the whole process, Ella answered some of my calls and solved my requests and questions and Adam in Perth arranged the delivery on time. Both crews in Melbourne and Perth carefully handled my goods, not even one scratch on my furniture! My car and motorbike were also picked up and delivered just on time. Thank you so much guys. Wow, what a great experience! I was terrified to move a whole house for the first time, over 20yrs of stuff that had never been thrown away. The process was easy from first contact. The price - mid to higher range. But it was the boys that made it a great experience. Andy and Brodie were brilliant!!! I thought I was going to be stressed out of my mind but they manoeuvred everything effortlessly, not a knock at either end. They worked very quickly, taking no longer than necessary, therefore saving money and refused to take a break. The team were really responsive and helpful in communications. The service was really good. As I couldn't travel to Victoria, movers went into my storage locker (which was a bit of a mess having had to leave Melbourne very quickly before lockdown), packed it all up, and transported it. I chose them as they offered 8 weeks free storage, on top of a good price, but didn't end up needing it as they were able to deliver the day I got the keys to my new place in NSW. The movers who delivered, also helped place furniture and cleared away the packaging of the large pieces of furniture. Zero breakages or damage.

All in all, good service, good price, good time frame. Have reccomend to a couple of people already.

Absolutely fantastic! This is the second time we have used Fragile - the guys were polite, efficient, careful and worked well as a team. Our “garage to shed” move ended up being bigger than we expected, and the team was able to quickly send out an extra mover to help with the job. They moved items quickly, yet carefully, in a 3 story house with a steep driveway - they worked constantly over the 10hr move. Customer service was also fantastic, as we changed our needs a few times before moving, and they were very accommodating to our needs. They will be coming back again this week to move the “house to house” items and I feel confident that the move will go smoothly and we are in capable hands. Will use again!

We recently moved from Sydney to Perth in the middle of Covid-19 and decided to choose Fragile Removals. We couldn’t be happier with the professionalism and efficiency Fragile displayed. Not only were they competitive with their pricing ($1,000 cheaper than another company that was recommended to us), but they made the stressful move from Sydney to Perth relatively stress free. The boys were punctual, polite, respectful and careful. Everything that hadn’t been put into boxes were carefully wrapped (with no extra charge), and all our requests were happily dealt with in a timely manner. We were pleasantly surprised when three boys showed up to load the truck, and again when they delivered them back in Perth. With three sets of hands the process of loading and unloading couldn’t be quicker. We must thank the boys at the Sydney end for working their butts off that day. They made sure our items were carefully handled and were there for close to eight hours with hardly a break. Nothing seemed too hard and it really put our mind at ease knowing our goods were in good hands. We were contacted shortly after reaching Perth to inform us of when our delivery was due. The communication and follow up was excellent. We couldn’t be happier with the whole process. We’re still unpacking, but so far nothing appears to be damaged. All fragile items arrived in perfect condition - so it’s fitting the company would be called Fragile Removals! Head office was easy to deal with too. Thank you Fragile Removals for looking after us! We first used Fragile Removals & Storage 9 years ago, for two house moves and storage in between, found them great all round so returned to them again. One move to new temporary residence and one to storage absolutely no issues, the guys were professional, efficient, friendly and took great care with our possessions. Highly recommend this company, will be using them again in a couple of months.
